About Me

I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, and I've spent my career working at the intersection of education, mental health, and inclusive practices.

Since 2018, I've worked at a local inclusive summer camp, where I began as a Head Counselor and quickly moved into leadership roles. I managed and continued development of the camp's Shadow Program, which provided one-on-one support for children with higher needs, and currently serve as the Inclusion Director. In this role, I provide staff-wide training and ongoing support in:

  • Working with campers with diverse needs
  • Managing behavior with empathy and intention
  • Communicating with families effectively
  • Developing leadership and confidence in young staff
  • Provide support and strategies to other administrators
  • Navigating daily challenges in inclusive settings

Through this hands-on work, I've developed a deep understanding of what inclusion looks like-not just in theory, but in practice. My consulting work is grounded in that lived experience, and I bring a practical, systems-based approach to helping other camps and educational spaces build more inclusive, supportive environments for all.
